Booking and cancellation conditions

  • Delivery and return of full/full gasoline (otherwise, payment will be made as stipulated in the office).
  • Delivery and return at the place, date and time stipulated in the contract (otherwise, you must notify and receive confirmation from the landlord).
  • Return of the vehicle and other extras (such as keys, helmets, locks, …) in perfect condition (otherwise pay what is stipulated, whether it is the maximum deductible or what corresponds according to the damage, deterioration or loss).
  • Report any problems or breakdowns you may have with the vehicle so that the lessor can fix them.
  • It is strictly forbidden to take the vehicle off the island, sublet it, or misuse it.
  • A minimum age of 23 years and 3 years’ driving experience are required to rent a car or 125cc scooter, and 18 years for 50cc scooters.
  • A copy of a credit card is required as a guarantee for motor vehicles (if you do not have one, you should consult with the company).
  • Any fines for traffic or parking violations incurred during the contract period will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cancellations will be allowed up to 48 hours before the booking with a full refund of the advance payment if requested via email.
